The organic tomato Pomodoro Fiaschetto is cut in two and half dried in the oven. In this way it keeps its sweet taste and soft structure.
Delicious for your pasta recipes or as an aperitive-appetizer on traditional Spaccatelle.
Preserved in Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from the olives of the centinary Olive trees of the National Reserve of Torre Guaceto.
