Description
The yellow tomatoes cultivated biologically in the province of Brindisi, are preserved whole in their juice and so keep their freshness and their sweetness.
To serve with some fish, pastas but also on some focaccia (flat Italian bread) or to counterbalance the strong and spicy flavors of dishes in sauces.
